1. What did you do in 2009 that you’d never done before?
Oh my...well...hahaha...that's something that only my best buds know about. ;)

2. Did you keep your new year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
actually I did! I haven't drank coffee or soda in almost a year now. WOO-HOO! I'm planning on leaving the good ol' bread next year, but we'll see.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
nope

4. Did anyone close to you die?
family members died, but i wasn't really close to them. still sad though.

5. What countries did you visit?
none =P

6. What would you like to have in 2010 that you lacked in 2009?
a relationship

7. What date from 2009 will remain etched upon your memory and why?
There are sooo many! but I guess one of the most important ones are; 6/24/09, 06/06/09, 08/31/09, 09/24/09, 10/25/09, 11/02/09, 11/09/09, and finally 12/09/09. P.S. you know you're close to me if you know what more than three of these dates mean to me. :)

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
I guess the fact that I graduated from high school and that I ended my first semester of college with 3.6 GPA! :)

9. What was your biggest failure?
The whole pre-graduation drama. =/

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
none..THANK GOD!

11. What was the best thing you bought?
Buffy The Vampire Slayers seasons 1-5! hahaha Plus a whole bunch of dvds that I bought when I used to "work."

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
My dad's. He has changes sooo much! I am so proud of him. :)

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
a couple of people close to me, but I'm over it... I think.

14. Where did most of your money go?
food, bus pass, dvds, cds, and books.

15. What did you really, really, really get excited about?
A whole bunch of concerts and signings which I didn't even end up going to, my dates with D, and the whole college scene. :)

16. What song/s will always remind you of 2009?
3 by Britney, Mi Delirio by Anahi, Bad Romance by Lady Gaga, and Fairytale by Sara Bareilles. :)

18. What do you wish you’d done more of?
spending time with my best buds...I just love it when we get together! :)

moping

20. How did you spend Christmas?
Snuggled in bed reading Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, watching season 4 of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and eating tamales..lol

21. How will you be spending new years?
don't know yet actually.

22. Did you fall in love in 2009?
I developed a new crush.

24. What was your favorite TV program?
Grey's Anatomy, Ugly Betty, and now Modern Family. :)

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn’t hate this time last year?
hate is a very strong feeling which I tend to avoid at all cost and so far have succeeded.

26. What was the best book you read?
There were quite a lot, but the one that made me all bubly inside and excited to read was Alex Sanchez's new novel Bait because he is my all-time favorite author! :)

27. What was your biggest musical discovery?
I don't know about "discovery" but, I am developing an unhealthy obsession with Wizard Wrock music (Harry-Potter-based rock bands). :)

28. What did you want and you got?
My first kiss. :)

29. What did you want and not get?
A relationship. =/

30. What was your favorite film of this year?
The Lake House... It is actually from 2004, but I didn't see it until this year and I LOVED it! It is now one of my fave movies. :)

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old did you turn?.
I spent it at school and home and I turned 19.


32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
If I would had finally experienced the meaning of "true love"...romantic-wise.

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2009?
Fashion-missing! lol Although I LOOOVE the fashion industry, I am not very "fashionable" myself. I am more about comfort and covering up. lol

34. What kept you sane?
my close friends, music, and writing.

35. Which celebrity did you fancy the most?
I have developed a lot of new celebrity crushes this past year, but I don't want to sound pathetic and mention them here. lol

36. What political issue stirred you the most?
proposition h8

37. Who did you miss?
JM and my grandma. I still do. :(

38. Who was the best new person you met?
I met TONS of new best persons who are all pretty awesome, but I guess the one that I became more close to is my favorite lesbian Ceci. That little chick has grown in my heart...Love ya Ceci! :)

39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2009:
Miracles do exist! I witnessed two of them this year which were pretty fucking amazing! Whenever you guys are going through crappy situations, pray and surround yourselves with positive people who love you and you will do fine. I LOVE God and my friends. :)
